We are delighted to bring you the March edition of our newsletter, packed with exciting updates from England Walking Football. Our mission remains steadfast: to be a beacon of excellence, setting the standard for inclusivity, professionalism, and community spirit in Walking Football.
This month’s training session took place at Castle Vale Stadium, where players had the unique opportunity to train on the stadium pitch itself. All six teams were in attendance, making it a truly memorable session.
A special moment was the presentation of kits to the players travelling to Rome for our first tournament of 2025, The Nations Cup. In addition, we proudly unveiled a brand-new England Walking Football flag and pennants, which will be shared with the teams we play against throughout the year. For more details and a selection of photos, visit the Training section of our website.
We are thrilled to confirm a series of international tournaments where England Walking Football will be competing:

We are delighted to welcome Mike Walker and Keeley Jones to the England Walking Football Women’s Coaching Team. Their expertise and passion for the game will be invaluable to our players. More details on these appointments can be found in the Latest News section of our website.
The England Women’s teams are currently holding trials for all three age groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for players to showcase their talent and potentially represent England in upcoming fixtures.

This recognition is a testament to the increasing impact of Walking Football on the international stage.
