England Walking Football Teams – Rome Itinerary 

Travel

• Please wear the England Walking Football (EWF) tracksuit top (new or old EWFC version) while travelling, if possible.

Friday – Arrival & Free Day

• No scheduled activities – take the opportunity to relax and explore Rome at your leisure.

Day 1 – Match Day 1

• 09:15– Meet at the stadium for National Anthems.
  • Please wear England team attire and be prepared to change into your match kit.
• 10:00 onwards – Fixtures commence.
• Evening – Free night to enjoy Rome.

Day 2 – Match Day 2 & Tournament Conclusion

• Please wear England team attire again.
• Morning – Tournament matches commence.
• Early Afternoon – Tournament concludes.
• Evening – Free time to explore and celebrate the experience.

Insurance & Safety

• Players are covered by tournament insurance while participating in matches.
• Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover additional risks, including medical emergencies, theft, and unforeseen incidents.

Match & Kit Preparation

• Pitch: Grass surface.
• Kit: Please bring both England kits on both match days to prevent any potential colour clashes.
